Uptown Theatre Napa tickets & upcoming events

Ever been to a place that just oozes character and history? That’s Uptown Theatre Napa for you. This old-school gem has been a local staple since it opened its doors back in the 1930s, and honestly, it still feels like stepping into a movie set. The vintage marquee alone is enough to make you feel like you’ve traveled back in time, especially when it lights up Napa’s downtown nightlife. They’ve done some cool stuff over the years like launching a summer outdoor movie series in 2015, showing classics under the stars, think Casablanca or Grease, right in the heart of Napa Valley. And if you’re into a different vibe, the upper level offers a more laid-back, cheaper option, perfect if you’re just looking for a good seat without breaking the bank. Rows like row 10 are often recommended for a killer mid-range experience. Plus, the theatre’s super close to the Napa Farmer's Market, so it’s easy to grab some local bites before or after a show. Honestly, if you’re in the area, it’s worth checking out, just double-check your route because Napa traffic can be unpredictable. Whether you're catching a concert, a comedy show, or a classic film, Uptown Theatre Napa keeps that nostalgic charm alive and kicking, making every visit feel special. So, yeah, it’s more than just a theatre, it’s a piece of Napa’s soul.
